Position Overview:
Excel Medical is seeking a dynamic Marketing Funnel Manager to develop, manage, and optimize our marketing funnel, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow of prospects from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel Strategy Development: Create and execute a marketing funnel strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key customer segments.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Launch lead generation campaigns to attract new prospects and design nurturing workflows to guide leads through the funnel.
- Campaign Management: Manage the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track funnel performance metrics, analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, and provide regular performance reports.
- Content Coordination: Partner with content creators to develop targeted materials for each stage of the funnel, from awareness to decision.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to enhance funnel performance, test various approaches, and implement best practices.
- Technology Management: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to manage the funnel and monitor customer journeys.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for funnel activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, with a focus on funnel management, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Technical Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to improve funnel performance and customer engagement.
- Location: Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
