What to expect as an Executive Assistant? Your responsibilities include:
• Comprehensive scheduling and calendar management for the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Plant Manager, and the Executive Team
• Composing, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the CEO and Deputy Plant Manager
• Coordinating with global partners to organize international travel
• Organizing on-site and off-site meetings for internal and external clients
• Processing expense reports for the CEO and Deputy Plant Manager
• Providing administrative support to all departments within the company as needed
• Undertaking special projects assigned by the CEO, Deputy Plant Manager, or other members of the Executive Team
• Managing and ordering office supplies

This position could be perfect for you if you bring the following:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
• Attention to detail and proactive approach with analytical and communication skills

Compensation: $65-75k
