Overview Rauland is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives by integrating value-added reseller (VAR) products into our portfolio. In this high-impact, autonomous role, youll identify innovative third-party solutions, forge powerful partnerships, and collaborate across teams to scale market reach. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building business, optimizing channels, and influencing M&A decisionsthis is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do Identify and evaluate VAR products that complement Raulands solutions and support scalable growth. Develop and execute strategies to incorporate third-party offerings into Raulands product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independent business units to align integration efforts. Lead channel strategy initiatives to optimize distribution, partnerships, and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Support M&A activities including opportunity assessment, due diligence, and integration planning. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership. Do You Have? Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred, but not required. 8-10+ years of experience in business development, channel strategy, or product integration in the medical technology sector. Experience in systems integration or access control systems is highly desirable. Proven success in identifying and scaling partnership opportunities. Strong understanding of reseller and channel ecosystems. Experience working independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with M&A processes and integration planning is a plus. Why Us?
