Responsibilities:


  • The position is responsible for evaluating the company’s operations and providing effective solutions for improvements.  
  • Review and analyze financial reports, strategize ideas, and perform market research.
  • Liaise between various business departments,3rd party vendors and leadership.
  • Gather and analyze data for potential business opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to document current processes and create effective business requirements for process changes.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.

Requirements:


  • Must have at least 3 years of bank experience.
  • Experience with using multiple platforms: proprietary bank software, Jack Henry, Fiserve, Cloud Based Programs, PowerBI, Salesforce, MS Suite, Oracle.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • ECBA Certification is recommended.
