They offer a comprehensive range of products including facial and body treatments, skincare lines, and specialized products tailored to various skin types and concerns.
The Marketing Manager will oversee and integrate marketing strategies across trade marketing, digital marketing, online sales, and tradeshows. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and executing impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with sales and French marketing teams to create effective trade promotions, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI on trade promotions and activities.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee content creation and management for the company’s website, blog, and social media profiles.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
3. Online Sales:
- Create and manage online sales strategies to increase revenue through the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
- Enhance the user experience and conversion rates on the company’s website.
- Monitor and report on online sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
4. Tradeshows:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshow participation, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful tradeshow experience and maximize lead generation.
- Develop and implement pre-show and post-show marketing strategies to enhance engagement and follow-up.
- Evaluate tradeshow results and gather feedback to improve future participation and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in trade marketing, digital marketing, online sales, and event management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Demonstrated success in managing online sales and e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Spanish or and French are a plus.
