The Marketing Manager will oversee and integrate marketing strategies across trade marketing, digital marketing, online sales, and tradeshows. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and executing impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Marketing:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and French marketing teams to create effective trade promotions, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI on trade promotions and activities.

2. Digital Marketing:

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee content creation and management for the company’s website, blog, and social media profiles.
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.

3. Online Sales:

  • Create and manage online sales strategies to increase revenue through the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
  • Enhance the user experience and conversion rates on the company’s website.
  • Monitor and report on online sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

4. Tradeshows:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshow participation, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful tradeshow experience and maximize lead generation.
  • Develop and implement pre-show and post-show marketing strategies to enhance engagement and follow-up.
  • Evaluate tradeshow results and gather feedback to improve future participation and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in trade marketing, digital marketing, online sales, and event management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
  • Demonstrated success in managing online sales and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Spanish or and French are a plus.
