More about the Marketing Manager role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing, branding, and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and brand presence, attract tenants and investors, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, enhance our brand presence, and manage PR activities to elevate our market position. Key responsibilities include digital marketing, content creation, crafting communications and messages, media and vendor relations, and analytics. Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a proven track record in commercial real estate marketing are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and core values.


· Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation.


· Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including Quarterly Newsletters, social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.


· Public Relations: Manage PR activities, including vendor relations, media relations, press releases, and events to build and maintain a positive public image.


· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.


· Client and Investor Engagement: Develop communication strategies to attract and retain investors.


· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, PR agencies, web-developer, printers, and advertising agencies, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing projects.


· Website: Manage and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with our brand.


Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry. Experience in public relations and media outreach preferred.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

· Creative thinking with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

· Committed to continuous learning and professional growth

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field, preferred


Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Social Media, WordPress. Proficiency in a design tool such as Adobe Creative Cloud.


Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials and messaging.
