Scope of Works:
The package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and knows what they are doing. You will be mostly keeping an eye on the Programme, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance. The package includes RC pad foundation, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and external works. There is a very good subcontractor reporting on that site for H&S reasons, so First Aid and SMSTS are required.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager.
  2. Managing all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment.
  3. Managing and updating the programme of works.
  4. Close liaison with subcontractor (they are known, trusted, and good).
  5. Managing materials.
  6. Keeping accurate daily records.

The Candidate Must Have:
SMSTS and First Aid certification.
