Station Mastery
- Food Preparation: cook food according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary/nutritional needs
- Station Preparation: properly stock the station with necessary food and equipment
- Ensure proper plate presentation procedures by monitoring quality before sending to expo
- Assist in training new Team Members
- Passes all station and classroom tests
- Minimal item recooks or remakes
- Passes all yield tests for the station

Technical Skills
- Efficiency (prioritization, pace, preparation, organization)
- Running tasks (clean surface/floor/equipment/stocking of station)
- Always maintain a clean and sanitized workstation while following all state and federal health guidelines
- Properly label and store food, supplies, and materials
- Create food of the highest quality and to the standards of the Executive Chef
- Coordinate with expo and other Team Members on prioritization
- Display focus, accuracy, and a sense of urgency/speed when executing all assigned tasks
- Recipe knowledge
- Recipe Adherence
