Role Overview:

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will be pivotal in supporting our sales teams by providing expert technical guidance and strategic insights into our Identity Security solutions. Your role will involve showcasing the value of our identity security offerings and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions that enhance their security posture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design identity security solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our identity security solutions, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points.
  • Offer expert advice on identity security best practices and solution design to support sales proposals and technical evaluations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including solution briefs, proposals, and RFP responses, that highlight the value of our identity security solutions.
  • Interact with prospects to assess their current security posture and recommend improvements or new solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in identity security to provide relevant recommendations and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on Identity Security.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of identity security principles, including authentication, threat detection, and risk management.
  • Experience with identity security technologies and solutions from leading vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Relevant certifications in identity security or related fields are a plus.
  • Language: fluent Spanish.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the Identity and Access Management industry.
