As a Child Care Specialist, *you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the growth of young children* diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an *entry-level role *and *does not require prior certification; *we provide complete training for this position.

The role is a great fit for:


* *Recent college graduates looking to jump start their career: *Psychology graduates, special education graduates, child development grads, teaching degree holders, or similar

* *Anyone with childcare experience and who loves kids:* Child care providers, paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, preschool teachers, day care workers, Montessori teachers or assistants, tutors, substitute teachers, childcare volunteers, Sunday School teachers, or similar

* *Frontline healthcare workers looking for a change: *Home health aides, behavioral health techs, psychiatric aides, child life specialists, or others

Responsibilities


* Offer *one-on-one support *to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods

* *Implement intervention plans *crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy

* Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care


Qualifications


* Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Computer and tablet literacy

* Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job

* Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
