Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child Care Specialist to join our team. As a Child Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job.
