- Communication: Strong reporting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and create compelling stories.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial markets and investing, especially in private real estate. Knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.

- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for assignments.
