Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various regulatory reports, including the FRY 9C, FFIEC009/009a, Y9LP, FRY 11, FR2314, and TIC reports, as well as related supporting work papers and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regulatory reports and supporting work papers in accordance with US department of Commerce regulations.
  • Interact with group companies to reconcile differences and perform regulatory calculations.
  • Continuously improve process control effectiveness of BHC regulatory reports.
  • Maintain and update EUC procedure and inventory list, and desk procedures manual to reflect changes in regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all regulatory reports.
  • Participate in regulatory reporting examinations, internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support BHC regulatory reports enhancement projects and participate in end-user testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes impacting BHC regulatory reports.
  • Perform impact analysis for new products on BHC regulatory reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including derivatives, repo, securities, loans, and leases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of deadline-driven sense of urgency, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • CPA or CFA is a plus.
