ARO Search are exclusively partnering an organization in Miami to source Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager on a permanent basis.


The organization are a multi-site healthcare business offering multiple services across the US. Their key focus is medical care centers however due to business direction, they have expanded into other areas of healthcare.


The FP&A Manager will report directly to the CFO and will take control of the commercial finance requirements across the business. This includes overseeing budgeting and forecasting, investment analysis and supporting with new sites.


The salary on offer is up to $150,000 per annum plus benefits which includes a comprehensive healthcare plan, 401K match, generous PTO plus company specific benefits.


The key duties of the FP&A Manager include but will not be limited to:


  • Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
  • Oversee the budgeting for multiple sites and cost centers
  • Creation of dashboard and visuals to present data to non financial stakeholders
  • Utilizing PowerBI and other tools to manipulate financial data into insightful reports
  • Ownership of the monthly and quarterly financial analysis including revenue, variance, margin and overheads
  • Partnering the CFO and board with future strategies including investments and launching new service offerings
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies through systems and financial modelling
  • Weekly flash reporting
  • Working alongside the CFO to deliver automation requirements through new software implementations and utilization of current systems
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders and business unit owners
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis when required


The ideal FP&A Manager will:


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience within a similar position
  • Be a rounded FP&A professional with strong technology experience (ideally PowerBI/Tableau, strong Excel modelling skills and SAP).
  • Provenbudgeting and forecasting experience
  • Be able to manage large data sets
  • Be willing to work onsite in Miami
  • Have experience of building meaningful business relationships with remote stakeholders
  • Be a team player


The position is being offered on a permanent basis and is an onsite requirement five (5) days per week. The working environment is open plan, collaborative which creates a ‘togetherness’ and warming culture.
