We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the execution of projects related to talent planning and job skills analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across the team and throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and measurement.


Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality user experience.
Build and maintain program documentation, including playbooks, wikis, and launch resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share information.
Help with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Answer user questions and support troubleshooting.
Track program performance metrics and assist in the preparation of stakeholder reports.
Assist in drafting program-related communications, such as emails and posts.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity and requests for change.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Solid judgment and maturity to handle sensitive data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).


Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
At least 5 years of experience in a program coordination or administrative role, preferably within HR.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
