Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing work plans and schedules, ensuring the highest standards of safety, and maintaining sound financial practices. This role requires effective communication and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal personnel, including senior project managers, general superintendents, and upper management. Additionally, the Project Manager will be involved in estimating for supplemental agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed work plans and schedules for project teams.
  • Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Exercise sound financial stewardship and maintain strict budget controls.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, subcontractors, clients, and company personnel.
  • Assist in estimating and negotiating supplemental agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil and roads construction.
  • Proven track record of effective financial management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
