Job Title: Bridge Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Construction Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on bridge projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of bridge construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
* Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
* Analyze project scope and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Lead project teams by setting clear goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
* Track project milestones, schedules, and budgets, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and any potential issues.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during construction.
* Implement proactive measures to ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Monitor project quality to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction methods meet industry standards and project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on bridge construction projects.
* Proficiency in project management software, cost estimation tools, and scheduling software.
* Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
