As a Customer Service Receptionist for OBM, you will be working for a strong local company supporting products and solutions provided by a world-class leader in the business technology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously receive and direct incoming calls.
  • Efficiently handle customer calls for service/supply orders or inquiries.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the downtown Cleveland office/showroom.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with policies and procedures to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Serve as a customer service leader through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments.
  • Dispatch technicians into ERP system.
  • Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
  • Enter data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving problems.
  • Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
