About the Role
As a Program Manager at Zeta, you will take the lead in orchestrating the seamless delivery of one of our complex client implementations. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with globally distributed and cross-functional teams to execute Prepaid card implementations for a large financial institution in the U.S. Your efforts will be crucial in driving success for the client, and making a significant contribution to Zeta’s revenue growth and strategic objectives.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with key clients, playing a pivotal role in program planning, execution, and governance. You will leverage your expertise in program management to ensure timely and successful delivery, managing client expectations and optimizing program outcomes.
You will work alongside a global team of Solution Engineers, Engineering Teams, other Program Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance and other functions.
The role will be based out of Atlanta, GA and may involve necessary travel to the client location.
Responsibilities
- Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with client counterparts to understand the program's scope, timelines, and potential challenges. Develop a high-level strategy to implement the Tachyon platform and migrate existing volumes from the bank to Tachyon Core.
- Program Execution and Governance: Drive program execution by creating, and ensuring adherence to established processes and rituals. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Share updates with stakeholders and participate in daily and weekly cadence and governance calls with senior client counterparts.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with Zeta's product and release engineering teams to evaluate required changes, ensuring feasible and optimal release dates for business requirements.
- Platform Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of the Tachyon platform, including functional and technical aspects, product configurations, integration capabilities, and data migration processes. Be hands-on with platform features such as APIs to build first-hand knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate smooth program progress by working closely with external stakeholders (client, vendors) and internal teams (solution engineers, data engineers, product teams). Address any issues or escalations raised by clients or vendors.
- Learning: Complete training courses related to the Tachyon platform to build a strong understanding of its modules and capabilities.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams with domain knowledge and implementation expertise during the sales process.
Skills
- Prior experience in managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch
- Prior experience in prepaid / debit card / credit card implementations - preferably in a client-facing role with medium to large clients
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Familiarity and understanding of technical concepts on SaaS offerings via cloud (AWS), APIs, etc.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills – able to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives internally and externally
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and mentoring ability
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt to new and ever-changing project demands
Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technology and Delivery
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (computer science, information systems)
