Must have and maintain good attendance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Follows all safety requirements for the Production DepartmentOperates hand and power tools, controls and other devices as determined by the work instructionsAdheres to all Quality requirements as determined by the Quality DepartmentPrepares work to be accomplished by reading working instructions and verifying correct parts are at the station at the beginning of each shift. Assembles components by following the work instructions for the required station.Verifies specifications by measuring completed component as needed.Resolves assembly problems by notifying supervisor or responsible personnel.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S procedures, rules, and regulations.Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOther duties may be assigned:Assembly of sunroofs and sunroof components.
