Job Description100% FTE, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Be part of something remarkableJoin the #1 hospital in Wisconsin We are seeking an RN Navigator to: Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families through Pulmonary care. Be a conduit of information between inpatient and outpatient services and pre- and post-surgical care for patients and families. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
