Job Summary / Objective

Assemble Cues products to their required specifications using supplied documents and processes.

Essential Job Functions and Duties
  • Build assemblies in work packages using hand or power tools and the correct drawings and documents required for the assembly
  • Perform testing as required on assemblies using shop test equipment
  • Must maintain high quality standards
  • Work well with others and be able to adapt to changing situations easily
  • Must meet established assembly time standards per assembly
  • Fill out all forms to finalize work order requirements as required
  • Must be punctual and maintain daily attendance and work ethic at the highest level
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Will be required to work on new and used equipment as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures.
  • Work directly with engineering for first article builds and ECR's.
  • Must be able to use ESD precautions in handling and assembly.
  • Perform detail soldering on assemblies.
Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Able to read mechanical assembly drawings and follow instructions.
  • Fastener/Hardware knowledge
Preferred Education and Experienc
  • Military, trade school or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 2 years manufacturing experience, preferably in the assembly and/or service of automated equipment or machinery.
Work Authorizations / Security Clearance / Additional Eligibility Requirements
  • Post Offer Background check and drug screening required
Working Conditions / Work Schedule / Travel
  • 6AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday overtime required depending on manufacturing needs
  • Possible switch to four 10 hour day weekly schedule after probation period
  • Shift work may be required
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 60lbs
  • Must be able to sit or stand extended periods
