We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards and be able to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting
- Perform self-inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Understand and follow IPC-620 standards
- Work with mechanical and electrical components, including torque and cable routing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
Requirements:
- Experience with IPC-620 standards, including crimping, soldering, and cable routing
- Ability to perform self-inspections and understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including torque and cable routing
- Ability to follow work instructions and understand drawings
