Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Manager Case Management for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with Master's Degree in Social Work and current license as a LCSW in the state of Georgia or compact state required OR BSN with active/current GA Licensure or compact state RN license required
- 3+ years of clinical acute care nursing or hospital social work experience required; 2+ years of supervisory/leadership preferred
- Certification in Case Management, InterQual, or IQCI preferred
