Description
Markon is seeking Customer Account Managers to support our Intelligence Customer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, validate and send billing statements, project plans, and SLAs to customers
- Submit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAs
- Provide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processes
- Work closely with Finance when preparing and analyzing SLAs, financial, or billing statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including proof reading, writing, developing communications for the customer, creating communication plans, and writing speeches as needed.
- Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
- Review and approve timesheets as needed
- Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
- Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
- Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
- Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
- Minimum 3+ years experience
Salary Range
USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
