Click Here for Our Survey Qualifications (Experience) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field At least 6 years of experience in paid search marketing with a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable results Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid search platforms 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with programmatic advertising and integration of paid search with other digital marketing strategies Certifications such as Google Ads Certification or Microsoft Advertising Accredited Professional Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Experience working in a fast‑paced digital agency or technology company environment Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly to improve key performance metrics Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align paid search initiatives with overall marketing plans and company goals Develop and execute paid search strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels to meet business objectives Manage and optimize large‑scale paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing ROI Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in paid search marketing Work with the internal DS team to strategically transform data into opportunity and decisions Possess a strong passion for testing and managing successful campaigns with a curious approach to discover digital insights Function effectively in a fast‑paced, strategy‑driven work environment Bring new ideas and strategies to the team and demonstrate eagerness to learn Communicate confidently and effectively, sharing ideas and results internally and externally Engage in internal and external discussions to understand the client’s business goals and target Benefits Employee health, dental, vision, and life insurance at no cost to you Robust streaming package of services (Netflix, Paramount, Hulu, and more) paid for by the company Generous PTO offerings that grow over time Eligibility to participate in the company 401(k) with a 3% company contribution after six months of service All major holidays off, plus the week between Christmas and New Years, in addition to normal vacation time Hybrid work schedule after a 90‑day onboarding period DoorDash membership with free delivery and free lunch every other Wednesday Schedule Monday to Friday. 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST.
