Organize project documents for the Digital Solutions team
Maintain existing client relationships
Onboard new client accounts and set them up with access to online tool
Conduct demos, walk-throughs and training as needed
Provide support to clients experiencing issues with online tool
Help test new features and projects
Assist in preparing / formatting project documents
Experience:
2+ years (preferred) proven customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Strong phone handling and active listening skills
Success in conflict resolution
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
Consistently driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Experienced in a technical/application development environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adjust to changing projects.
