Job Summary: This position will report to the Director of Southeast Florida, will work from a local office and will be responsible for all sales support of the area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating client intake processes, offering administrative assistance to our sales team, and providing crucial support in marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Client Intake and Onboarding

  • Manage the intake process for new long term care insurance clients.
  • Collect and review client information and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with completing necessary forms and applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.


Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client databases and update records as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.


Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to engage referral sources.


Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and office to facilitate communication and resolve issues. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, particularly long term care insurance, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Clinical experience preferred
