What You Bring 10+ years in sales and marketing leadership, including experience leading teams and driving measurable growth. 4+ years in luxury and/or aviation industries, with proven ability to manage high-net‑worth client relationships. Track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing successful sales and digital marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data‑driven decision‑making. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven business environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
