Regional Vice PresidentLocation: Preferred base in Seattle, WATerritory: Oregon & WashingtonTravel: 75%, including overnightsCompensation: Base salary + performance-based bonusPerks: Relocation package available; company vehicle lease providedOverviewThe Regional Vice President (RVP) will lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of senior leaders across Canteen's operations in Oregon and Washington. This strategic role sets the cultural tone for the region, drives operational excellence, and fosters long-term client partnerships in diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and education.As a key member of the national leadership team, the RVP will oversee a portfolio of micro-markets, vending, and office coffee services. You'll be responsible for translating national strategy into regional execution, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring financial and service excellence.
