U-Box Customer Experience Specialist

Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America The U-Box Customer Experience Specialist (CES) will contribute to the success of the growing U-Box shipping department by working with live customers through text, email and phone calls. Also, the CES will be working with U-Box Operations and alongside the shipping team to investigate customer shipping concerns and troubleshoot shipping reservations. The CES will provide general feedback on the late shipment program, and any other applications used. U-Box Customer Experience Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service during these stressful situations. Text Message several customers at one time. Take live calls from customers to create a solution or find a solution. Email the customer when necessary to communicate. Work with the field to resolve customer concerns. Report any bugs to the manager. In addition, the U-Box CES may also be responsible for the education of newly hired team members. This may include (but not limited to): creating memos, bulletins, U-Haul University courses or other means of communication, in order to provide the team with the resources they need to operate the U-Box Customer Experience Team successfully and proficiently. This position requires the ability to work in an environment with time sensitive work items and working in high-pressure situations alongside several levels of management, while also being able to perform day-to-day tasks and projects.
