Kelly Services is seeking a Document Control Specialist for a busy Electronic Manufacturer to work in office at their West Melbourne, FL 32904 location.

- Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary:
As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting ECO engineering change order/documentation review meetings, managing customer Bill of Material BOMs, and providing ECO analysis support to manufacturing engineering. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation files, managing external documents, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 document group procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English (verbal and written), and 1-3 years of experience in documentation/ECO in a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct ECO engineering change order/documentation review meetings with the product team for customer-supplied documentation.
- Drive documentation issues back to the customer in conjunction with the program manager and process engineer.
- Manage customer Bill of Material BOMs and process ECOs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide ECO analysis support to manufacturing engineering to ensure BOM changes match product configuration expectations.
- Support changes to SMT process packages.
- Provide technical writing services to the facility.
- Maintain required documentation files.
- Manage external documents (e.g., regulatory files, industry specs, commercial specs, etc.).
- Ensure all ISO9001 document group procedures are understood and followed.
- Participate in quality teams and continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of work area, equipment, and surrounding workspace.
- Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
- Attend team meetings regarding new orders and customer changes.
- Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.

Qualifications & Skills:
- English proficiency, both verbal and written, is a must.
- Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in documentation/ECO experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience processing ECOs in a computer-based ERP or PDM system.
- Intermediate business tools/applications knowledge (e.g., Email, Excel, MS Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
