Nursing Care Specialist

Our facility offers a range of services, including long-term care, secured memory care, rehabilitation, respite services, bariatric care, and inpatient therapy. Responsibilities
Treat and care for residents with dignity and respect Deliver meals and assist with feeding Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores Monitor vitals and patient behavior, reporting observations to nursing and medical staff Provide assistance with showers or baths, skin care, and pressure area management Possess reliable transportation and be punctual for assigned shifts Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must: Be a current Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Illinois Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills Have a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history Be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program Benefits
