**Description**

**Basic Purpose:** Candidate will work in the capacity of Assistant Manager to accomplish the Hardware Design & Development of the Automotive

Electronic Controllers.

Responsible for the Hardware Electronics Design Team.

Grasp the OEM requirements, conceptualize the Circuit Design, review the Schematics, perform Design reviews with customers, and

ability to guide the test bench set up and guide the electronics testing in the Lab.

Regular and timely reporting of critical issues to Manager.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for the Hardware Electronics Design Team

* Able to conceptualize Electronic Circuit Design, review the circuit design calculations, review the schematics.

* Independently able to hold design reviews with internal and external customers (OEMs)

* Good understanding of Automotive Electronics.

* Ability to plan and perform PDCA of multiple projects.

* Good communication skills with ability to explain concepts with clarity.

**Requirements:**

* 4 yr. B.S. Degree (Electronics or Electrical Engineering degree)

8~10 years of progressive experience in the field of Automotive Electronics, especially in controllers hardware circuit design.

Experience with schematics, PCBs, and lab testing of controllers. At least experience of 1 complete project life cycle of design and

development of hardware electronic controller in automotive. Preferably from other Tier-I. OEM experience not considered as design

* 2-4 years as superintendent or similar supervisory capacity
