Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time and Part-Time) We’re seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to join a collaborative team. This is an on-site role in the South Bay area with a well-established private group practice that values clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, drawing from your unique clinical orientation and areas of expertise. Collaborate with a team of skilled clinicians to ensure holistic, integrated treatment plans. Contribute to case consultations and team discussions focused on best-in-class client outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards. (Optional, if licensed and interested) Provide supervision or mentorship to early-career clinicians or associates. Qualifications Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D. required). Active California license (or eligibility within 60 days of hire). A deep appreciation for relational, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care. Prior experience in private practice, group practice, or similar clinical setting preferred. A growth mindset — openness, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate are key.
