The Assembler III prepares and completes work by studying assembly instructions, parts lists, blueprints, and schematics to produce the assembled product.JOB DUTIESEssential Job Functions:The Assembler III will provide reliable and timely support in the building of electro-mechanical assemblies as follows: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical/wiring schematics. Ability to read and follow POD production order descriptions to assemble finished product. Ability to analyze mechanical and operational aspect of tools and equipment use to assemble product. Ability to identify and gather parts required for the project. Ability to follow oral and written instructions from engineers and supervisor on process changes. Ability to install and assemble electrical wires as well as perform soldering functions per product. Ability to download programs to required equipment. Ability to inspect product per engineering specification to ensure proper assembly. Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify problems and communicate issues to supervisor or engineering. Ability to recommend ECR engineering request to improve process. Ability to write assembly procedures on final product.
