Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) implements delegated patient care functions under the direction of the Physician, Health Clinic Supervisor, Health Clinic Operations Manager, and the Director of Practice Management. Serves as a resource for Medical Assistants, Patient Care Reps, and LVNs. This individual performs these functions according to established health clinic standards of care and scope of practice. Responds appropriately to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs based on scope of service of unit/department where assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a recognized RN program.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Upon hire: Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
  • Recent, hospital or clinic direct patient care experience on an acute, sub-acute, ambulatory, or skilled nursing facility
  • Recent, hospital or clinic direct patient care experience on an acute, sub-acute, ambulatory, or skilled nursing facility.
  • Three years: Medical office experience.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
