Join us.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI, you will design and deliver transformative AI-driven solutions that streamline enterprise processes and drive measurable business value. With deep expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and generative AI, you will architect solutions that automate manual tasks, enable AI-assisted or autonomous workflows, and optimize outcomes across critical functions (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Operations).You will collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., process owners, domain leaders) to design and deliver high-impact define end-to-end use cases. Working alongside colleagues including Process Champions, AI Architects, Data Architects/Engineers, AI Solution Engineers, and IT teams, you’ll ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready, selecting optimal agentic frameworks and patterns to meet business needs.This position offers flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and some flexibility for virtual/telecommute work to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design: Architect and develop end-to-end agentic AI solutions using appropriate technologies and frameworks, incorporating multi-agent collaboration and aligning with business requirements and measurable KPIs (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains).User Experience: Prioritize intuitive, user-centric design with seamless, context-aware interactions (chat, voice, embedded UI), following conversational UX best practices and ensuring clear human-in-the-loop escalation paths.Delivery POD Leadership : Lead cross-functional delivery PODs (including IT custodians, engineers, and process owners) to drive high-ROI solutions with rapid delivery cycles, ensuring alignment across teams.Standards & Best Practices: Define, maintain, and promote best practices for agentic AI solution design and delivery, including frameworks, orchestration patterns, naming conventions, CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and testing strategies, to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliable multi-agent deployments aligned with enterprise standards.Solution Pattern Framework: Manage and support a framework that classifies agentic solutions (e.g., autonomous workflows, AI-assisted tasks, orchestration patterns) to drive consistency, accelerate delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Reusable Assets: Develop, manage, and promote reusable agentic solution components (e.g., prompts, orchestration patterns, connectors, guardrails) to accelerate delivery, ensure consistency, and maximize enterprise-wide value.Agentic Governance : Manage a registry of all Agents and Agentic Processes, maintaining key metadata (e.g., purpose, ownership, performance metrics, dependencies) to ensure well-defined solutions that perform optimally against expectations and align with enterprise governance standards.Evangelism & Enablement : Create compelling demonstrations of AI and agentic solutions to showcase the 'art of the possible,' inspiring stakeholders and driving adoption of innovative capabilities; mentor teams on agentic AI frameworks, autonomy design, and safety patterns, sharing hands-on implementation insights to enhance solution delivery.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms, with 3+ years designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration at enterprise scale, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Proven success integrating AI agents with business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows across a variety of business functions.Demonstrated impact in automating manual processes and enabling AI-assisted or autonomous operations.Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, generative AI, agent autonomy, tool use, and human-in-the-loop patterns.Working knowledge of key and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols, enabling interoperability, secure data exchange, and orchestration across diverse agentic frameworks and platforms.Project coordination experience across cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of conversational UX/UI and prompt-based interaction modelsProficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and ability to evaluate and select fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs, scalability, and integration requirements.Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and containerization, meeting production-grade SLAs/SLOs.Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems), identity/access (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack).Familiarity with AI security and compliance (e.g., data isolation, audit trails, PII protection).Skills :Strategic thinking and enterprise solution designStrong stakeholder engagement and executive-facing presentation abilityAbility to break down complex technical topics for non-technical audiencesAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications:Experience with similarly large, complex organizationsMaster’s degree or MBA preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this positionSponsorship for US work authorization is not available for this position, now or in the futureOffered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
