Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Employment Type: W2 Only Experience Level: Senior – 10+ Years of Experience Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise-scale initiatives. The architect will collaborate with business, engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on modern cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Design cloud-native, microservices, and distributed system architectures. Create architecture diagrams, data flows, HLD/LLD, and technical roadmaps. Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance requirements. Architect solutions on Azure or AWS including networking, storage, compute, IAM, and automation. Lead cloud migration initiatives, modernization projects, and hybrid cloud integrations. Application & Integration Design APIs, integration patterns, and service-oriented solutions. Work with REST APIs, message queues, ESB, Kafka, and event-driven architectures. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to refine requirements. Provide architectural guidance during planning, design, development, and deployment. Technical Governance Conduct design reviews and enforce architecture standards/best practices. Guide developers, DevOps engineers, and junior architects. Security & Compliance Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance policies. Work with cybersecurity teams for assessments and approvals. Delivery & Documentation Support project milestones, timelines, estimation, and release readiness. Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years in architecture roles. Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Expertise in microservices, API design, application modernization, and integration architecture. Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and security models. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
