What You’ll Do Develop and articulate a compelling technical product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market insights, and emerging trends. Define, prioritize, and manage the technical product roadmap in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including architecture, UX, engineering, and other product managers. Translate business objectives into detailed software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; champion product quality and user experience throughout the lifecycle. Partner with Architecture and Engineering to drive robust technical designs, identify critical dependencies, and ensure end‑to‑end solution viability. Lead feature prioritization and trade‑off discussions, aligning technical solutions and timelines with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Serve as a subject matter expert and authority for complex products or product lines, providing mentorship to less experienced product managers. Guide multiple Agile teams by writing features, setting direction, and supporting sprint planning and feature refinement. Monitor product performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to deliver consistent, high impact outcomes. What You’ll Bring Advanced technical expertise, with deep knowledge of software development methodologies, service‑oriented architecture, and product analytics. 8–10 years of experience in technical product management, ideally within large‑scale or complex software environments. Demonstrated ability to define and execute a technical product vision that aligns with business objectives. Proven experience collaborating across architecture, engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver successful products. Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for a variety of stakeholders and drive consensus. Recognized subject matter expert, with a track record of guiding multiple teams and mentoring peers. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; deep familiarity with AT&T technologies is a strong plus.
