Here's your opportunity to combine your passions for connectivity to transform our company and your career.As a Principal Product Management & Development Manager, you'll develop and implement device strategy for highly complex products and services ranging from 5G and fiber to broadband services. You'll be tasked with demonstrating an understanding of the dynamics of the industry as well as new and emerging products, technologies and applications. Most importantly, you'll develop an understanding of the needs of AT&T customers and work to develop a compelling customer experience.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop roadmap and requirements for residential gateways support Fiber and converged servicesCollaborate closely with Technology Development (IT, Labs, RAN, CPE) and Technology Operations to define requirements, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.Lead cross functional teams in the presentation and resolution of product deliverables as neededCommunicate effectively to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunitiesWork with product lines that include existing or new and emerging products, technologies, or applicationsAct as the liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, to align goals and foster collaboration.Work with prpl open-source community to drive prioritization, roadmaps and engagementMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape in open-source firmware and residential gateway technologies to inform strategic decisions.Define success metrics and track progress post-transition to ensure performance, stability, and customer satisfaction goals are met.Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and Software Development lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of hardware used for Fiber and Wi-Fi (IEEE) standardsUnderstanding how Gen AI can be used in the context of SDLCQualificationsDesired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product management; development lifecycle; and software development methodologiesStrong analytic and fact-based decision-making skillsProven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirementsProven ability to launch and support ideas and vision, preferably with broadband and/or mobility productsProven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously and partner with other organizations including technology and device teamsStrong written, verbal, and oral presentation skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldOur Principal Product Management & Development Manager earns between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual.
