Job OverviewThe Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is designed to prepare an individual for a position as an outside Trade Sales Consultant. This position requires learning and understanding the Pella product offering and quoting system, as well as interaction with a wide variety of builders, contractors and homeowners.The Associate Trade Sales Consultant will mentor with a Trade Sales Consultant within the branch and will initially spend time in a Pella Showroom providing sales support to all customers explaining the Pella Value package. The role is designed to prepare the successful candidate for outside sales after 6-12 months (time frame may vary depending on the specific candidate and the availability of sales consultant positions).ResponsibilitiesLearn and understand Pella product offering and quoting system.Interact with builders, contractors and homeowners.Mentor with a Trade Sales Consultant within the branch.Provide sales support in the Pella Showroom to all customers, explaining the Pella Value package.Prepare for outside sales after 6-12 months.QualificationsSeniority level: InternshipEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry: Wholesale Building Materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
