UCT is looking for a talented NPI Manager to join us in Austin, TX


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the integration of new products from complex gas and liquid delivery systems to full turn-key process modules.
  • Interact directly with the customer to manage product development, transition and integration.
  • Provide focal point of communication and coordination for all internal and external customers.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities with regard to site selection, initial quoting, and preliminary customer discussions.
  • Maintain project status, timeline, and budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing environment required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Computer literacy; proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Travel to customer sites as required for meetings and training.


Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
  • MBA desired.


Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years Program/Project Management experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry highly desired.
  • Strong track record in managing successful long-term projects at the Program/Project Manager level.
  • Contract manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Required to have visual acuity to perform assigned tasks.
  • Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.
  • Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.


Environmental Exposure:

  • Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable.
  • Subject to noise levels.
  • May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computer etc.


Overnight Travel:

  • Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting). 10%
