In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding multiple teams in driving operational process improvement. Your depth and breadth of consulting experience will help you develop other leaders on the team as well as internal programs and methodology. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute Epic revenue cycle optimization initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performanceExperienced director leading large scale, complex projects and teams with ability to produce meaningful results on time and on budgetKey client executive collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practicesBusiness Development expert that generates new client relationships and focuses on growing established partnershipsProvide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow optimizationsQualificationsEducation and ExperienceEducational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Authorized to work in the US.Skills And CompetenciesExtensive experience (8+ years) in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systemsIn-depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and CadenceProven Track record of successful leadership in revenue cycle optimization projectsAdditional InformationTravel: Able to travel 80% of the time.At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $192,000-$275,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
