A Junior Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing and growing dealer partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Location: San Antonio, TX


Job Summary

The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key dealer accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technology products and services, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to achieve dealer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the dealers.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Understand dealers’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly meet with dealers to review performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.

Pipeline Management

  • Manage a dedicated customer base with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Develop strategies to optimize pipeline efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts to enhance the dealer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

Product & Industry Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new services, ensuring that dealer expectations are met.

Dealer Advocacy

  • Act as the voice of the dealer within the company, ensuring that dealer needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.
  • Work with the internal team to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements based on dealer feedback.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts with high client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology products and services.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
