Field Quality Representative, Logistics

The Field Quality Representative is responsible for all aspects of inspecting buildings including but not limited to water, power, electrical outlets, flooring, and other functions. They will be communicating with construction managers and EDC Location managers on reschedules or when a site is not ready. The Field Quality Supervisor enforces all company policies and procedures to create a safe, secure, clean, and productive work environment. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Establish and maintain positive working relationship across key stakeholders, sites, and business partners.
- Ensure the building is adhering to specifications, municipality codes, and regulations and is secure to have appliances brought in to install.
- Collect data and provide feedback on site readiness and the corrective action plan as needed.
- Coordinate, execute, and document routes, site verification forms, and rescheduling with construction managers.
- Manage logistics services.
- Experience in construction, delivery, install and appliances.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Communicate honestly and respectfully.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary. This may involve traveling to various locations within the specific region for the client.
- Experience in appliances preferred.
- Experience in Quality Control.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain stationary for long periods of time and to communicate effectively with coworkers and outside stakeholders in person, on the telephone and via email and other computer-related messaging. The employee is occasionally required to maneuver about the work areas and manipulate various objects. Occasionally the employee will be expected to move boxes, and manipulate objects in various directions. This position may require extended work hours and travel.
