We are not just a company but a movement reshaping the dealer landscape across the Midwest.OUR CORE VALUESStrive To Be Great | Do Hard Things | Stronger Together | Own ItACCOUNTABILITIES:LMASales Performance Tracking & ReportingWorkplace Sales Growth and StrategyGP$ AttainmentNew Business Development ResponsibilitiesLead, Manage and Hold Accountable workplace sales team to own strategy around growth and maintenance of assigned accounts.Strategize with Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer to align Account Management with overall sales strategy.Lead Sales L10 in Traction Tools based on EOS platform.Assist in material and strategy for quarterly or annual business reviews for account executives top accounts.Track and lead team to GP$ and Booked revenue goals for workplace team.Identify market growth potential.Identify ways to increase the company’s visibility and top-of-mind awareness.Understand the marketplace, market segments, and maintain an awareness of the company’s competitors within key existing accounts.Maintain a current working knowledge of developments in the contract furniture industry and related products, applications, and design concepts.Create scorecard and Lead team to track, analyze, and report results regarding sales activity, financial tracking, and accurate monthly sales activity within sales team.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the workplace sector, fostering key relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.Own and update the top 10 account list by ensuring leadershipProtect GP$ by assisting in problem solving, customer satisfaction, and mitigating risks.Updating and delivering training tools required for the sales department. QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably within technology, business, or related field.15 years proven sales and commercial experience.Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with customers.Understanding of design and ability to accurately represent solutions to customers.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones. Benefits and CompensationCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $85,000-$125,000 with eligibility for commissions.
