Job Description: Maggiore Construction Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Superintendent to oversee commercial projects in Pembroke and Hyde Park. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in ground-up projects and will be proficient in managing all aspects of construction operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Implement aggressive construction schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Maintain strong communication and rapport with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
