Overview:

We are seeking high-performing, dynamic, and experienced Business Analysts (Business/Operations NOT IT) to join our team and assist with the execution of a high-priority program. This is an urgent need within our Enterprise Change Project Management Office (ECPMO), which is focused on a key in-flight project that requires expertise in business operations and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly related to the 1071 regulations and banking industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Facilitation: Lead and facilitate the evaluation of business requirements for application integration, service activation, and delivery of new or modified software systems. Ensure alignment of business needs with system capabilities.
  • Scope & Objective Development: Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to develop clear scope, goals, and objectives for projects. Define business and system requirements while ensuring traceability to project goals.
  • Incident Management & Production Support: Manage end-to-end production support for incident management. Identify impacted areas and applications, engage clients, and ensure effective communication throughout resolution. Drive root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Process Documentation & Analysis: Document and map business processes, including creating use cases, test cases, and business procedures. Perform gap analysis between the current state and desired future state to drive continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance Support: Leverage knowledge of 1071 and banking regulatory requirements to ensure compliance is maintained throughout project lifecycles. Assist with the identification and mitigation of regulatory risks.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes. Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Business Analysis: Proven ability to facilitate business requirement gathering, document process flows, and map business processes.
  • Documentation & Process Mapping: Strong expertise in documenting business procedures, creating use cases, and assisting with test case creation.
  • Gap Analysis: Ability to conduct a thorough gap analysis between current and future states, identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the 1071 regulations and banking industry compliance requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Incident Management: Experience in managing incident resolution processes, including identifying impacted areas and applications, coordinating client engagement, and leading root cause analysis.
