Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting business procedures, including daily operations and support functions, while working closely with various business units to ensure clear and comprehensive process documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SharePoint repositories and experience in assisting with process flows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Business Procedures: Capture and maintain clear, accurate documentation of business procedures, daily operations, and support processes across departments.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with different teams and departments to understand and document their processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation.
  • SharePoint Expertise: Manage and update document repositories in SharePoint, ensuring that all procedural documents are properly stored, accessible, and up to date.
  • Assist with Process Flows: Support the creation and optimization of process flows, identifying areas for improvement and providing documentation that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in documentation, process mapping, or business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint and its document management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document complex information in an easily understandable format.
  • [Optional: Degree or certification in Business Administration, Documentation Management, or a related field.]

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard documentation practices and methodologies.
